I recently returned to this perfume store a place I used to shop at when I was a teen and it brought back so many memories. What made it even more special was meeting Isha, the owner’s daughter, who is now working there. She is a sweet soul patient, kind, and incredibly reasonable. I came in with my son, not feeling very motivated to shop around, but Isha made the experience enjoyable and effortless. It warmed my heart to see that this family owned business is still standing strong after all these years. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and the trust they’ve built in the community. Five stars all the way not just for the products, but for the people behind the counter. Excellent selection of men’s colognes . Very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable staff . Just tell them what scent of cologne you like and they will pick out for you many choices. I went to purchase one cologne , Aqua Di Gio Profondo EDP and ended up purchasing Armani Code Parfum as well . Also ordered 2 more colognes . Prices are much better than going to Macys , Nordstrom’s , Bloomingdale’s or any of those stores . Fragrances are authentic and if they don’t have it they will order it for you . I have been going to Perfume Factory in Carl Place for years but found out about this store and the prices are about the same or better and most of all Is closer to home . Just walked into this store on a whim. This store has soooo many options and are priced reasonably. I normally go to another store in my neighborhood but they were out of the 1 million Elixir by Paco Rabonne. Isha helped me out. She was so kind and it was very easy to have a conversation with her. She is very knowledgeable of the colognes letting me try out different scents of colognes. She asked me what kind of cologne I like and picked out very immaculate options for me even though I came in for 1 million Elixir. She was so great that I purchased 2 colognes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. went here today for the first time and had an amazing experience. the girl that was working was so knowledgeable and helpful and it's too bad i forget her name. I explained what notes i liked in my fragrance then named some brands i liked and she started bringing out things that were 100% my style. they have a huge selection of new fragrances and also some oldies but goodies. I ended up leaving with 5 fragrances for under $200 because she definitely looked out for me. I will definitely be going back there to restock my collection ~ James M

Amazing store! I always go hear and love the wide selection + incredible customer service. They always know what to recommend and there's no shortage of reasons to want to come back every time I'm looking for a new scent. Of all the places is NY, Joy Perfumes is bar none the best. I've tried other stores and they always fall short in terms of either quality, selection, or service. Joy Perfumes excels in all three. Kumar took such good care of me while I was shopping for a fragrance for my husband for our anniversary. The collection of designer fragrances is endless. He allowed me to smell multiple colognes to see which was the best fit and even gift wrapped the fragrance for free for me. 1000% going back to buy perfume for myself! Hidden gem in ridgewood.
